LDSPECSR - Senior Lead Specialist - Sub Contracts, Santa Clara, CA.

Specific Responsibilities: Must have active security clearance

Lead the preparation and administration of a diverse portfolio of complex subcontracts. Must be able to provide support in the cradle-to-grave management of all types of subcontract agreements, and do so in compliance with Government regulations and Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities encompass the full range of the subcontract acquisition process, including: teaming and non-disclosure agreements; subcontract support planning; RFP development; proposal cost and price analysis; proposed terms and conditions review; negotiations; risk assessment and mitigation; coordination of management approvals; subcontract performance administration and close-out; and support of various internal and external audit actions. Must be a team player with good FAR/DFAR knowledge, and strong verbal, written, math, PC, and organizational skills.


Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience, along with a minimum of 12 years of government contracts experience. Must have active security clearance.
